It’s a really simple way to get your temps and contract workers paid.

1. Refer Your Candidate

  • Send us your candidate’s details by phone, email or whatsapp, or on our website.
  • We’ll call them within 1 hour to explain how getting paid by Exceed Contracting works.
  • We’ll email them a personalised take home pay illustration to review.

2. We Set Them Up

  • The candidate agrees to go ahead, and we complete an application.
  • We email you their assignment schedule, key information document and all our compliance information.
  • We email the candidate their starter pack, which includes their personal details and contract.

3. We Onboard Them

  • The candidate digitally signs their starter pack.
  • We verify their Right to Work in the UK.
  • We email to them their logins, staff handbook, and all other related information.

4. They Get Paid!

  • Each week/month, your business emails us a spreadsheet of hours, assignment rate(s) and reimbursed expenses.
  • We will invoice you, and on receipt of funds, pay the contractors.
  • A named point of contact will ensure that each individual understands their pay advice and answer any queries.
