Each year, in compliance with HMRC’s Gender Pay Gap Reporting Requirements and The Equality Act 2010, we compile accurate reports on the differences in pay between women and men employed by Exceed Contracting Limited and Exceed PEO Limited.
Each report is based on an annual snapshot of data on the 5th of April, and compares the hourly pay and bonus pay received by women and men, and the percentage of women and men in the highest paid, upper middle, lower middle and lowest paid jobs.
