Introduce Your Friends - Terms and Conditions

The following definitions, terms and conditions apply to our Introduce Your Friends promotion, as from 10.30am, 10th October 2025.

Definitions

The expressions in the terms and conditions below have the following meanings:

Exceed Exceed means Exceed Contracting Limited only. (Excludes all other Exceed Group companies, such as Exceed PEO Limited and Exceed Business Services Limited trading as Exceed Outsourcing.)
Friend A person (Umbrella Contractor or CIS Sole Trader) who was first introduced to Exceed by the Referrer.
Free PayrollExceed will waive our company margin for the Friend for the first week of paying the Friend (week 1). It will revert to an agreed margin on the second payment.

PromotionIntroduce Your Friends to Exceed (also known as Refer a Friend/ RAF).
Qualifying ConditionsTo be deemed a Successful Referral, the Friend introduced to Exceed by the Referrer must meet ALL of the following conditions:
  1. Be introduced to Exceed via the Introduce Your Friends form on www.exceedcontracting.co.uk only.
  2. Not be employed or sub-contracted by Exceed at the time of the referral.
  3. Not have been referred to Exceed by anyone else within the last 6 months.
  4. Not have been paid via Exceed in the last 6 months.
  5. Invoice and receive payments for twelve (12) different 1 week periods through Exceed.
  6. Net margin received by Exceed for the Friend's invoices must be at least £15 (excluding week 1).
ReferrerA person resident in the UK who introduced the Friend to Exceed, and who is NOT an employee of a recruitment business/agency and NOT an 'in-house' staff member of any Exceed Group company.
Referral BonusFollowing a Successful Referral (after ALL the Qualifying Conditions have been met), the Referrer will be emailed a £50 Love2Shop e-Gift Card.
Successful ReferralA Friend introduced to Exceed by the Referrer meets ALL the Qualifying Conditions, and which thereby makes the Referrer eligible for the Referral Bonus.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is open to UK residents, excluding employees of recruitment businesses/agencies. No purchase is necessary.
  2. By taking part in this Promotion, the Referrer and the Friend will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which includes the Definitions and Qualifying Conditions listed above, in addition to Exceed’s Privacy Policy.
  3. The Referrer confirms that they received consent to share the Friend’s details with Exceed.
  4. To be considered a Successful Referral, and for the Referrer to receive a Referral Bonus, the Friend introduced to Exceed by the Referrer must meet ALL the Qualifying Conditions listed above.
  5. By accessing the Referral Bonus, the Referrer confirms that they:
    1. Are legally entitled to receive such payment(s); and
    2. Are not in breach of any contractual arrangement by receiving such payment(s); and
    3. Take full responsibility for declaring receipt of the payment to any relevant tax authority; and
    4. Hold Exceed harmless for any liability as a breach of this clause howsoever arising.
  6. Exceed reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
  7. No liability can be accepted for lost, delayed or damaged documentation.
  8. No correspondence will be entered into with regards to this Promotion.
  9. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other available offer.
  10. It is the Referrer’s responsibility to inform Exceed of any changes to their contact details they provided at the time of the referral.
