Introduce Your Friends – Terms and Conditions

The following definitions, terms and conditions apply to our Introduce Your Friends promotion, as from 1st October 2024.

Definitions

The following expressions have the following meanings:

Exceed	Exceed Contracting Limited.
Friend	A person (Contractor) who was first introduced to Exceed by the Referrer.
Free Payroll	Exceed will waive our company margin for the Friend for the first two weeks of paying the Friend. It will revert to an agreed margin on the third payment.
Introducer Code/ Link	A unique URL which the referrer can use to share details of the promotion with their friends.
Promoter	Exceed Contracting Limited First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan Street, Manchester, M4 5JW
Promotion	Introduce Your Friends to Exceed (also known as Refer a Friend/ RAF).
Qualifying Conditions	To be deemed a Successful Referral, a Contractor introduced to Exceed by the Referrer must: Invoice and receive payments for twelve (12) different 1 week periods through Exceed; and Not have been referred to Exceed by anyone else within the last 6 months; and Not have been paid via Exceed in the last 6 months; and Not be employed or sub-contracted by Exceed at the time of the referral.
Referrer	A person resident in the UK who introduced the Friend to Exceed, and who is NOT an employee of a recruitment business/agency.
Referral Bonus	Following a Successful Referral, the Referrer will receive: If the Referrer is employed by Exceed: The company income for the assignment will be increased by £200 on the next payment date after the Qualifying Conditions have been met. This payment will then be subject to all deductions including any company deductions so that the Referrer’s additional take home pay will be at least £150. If the Referrer is NOT employed by Exceed A £150 Love2Shop Card after the Qualifying Conditions have been met. The funds shall remain available for a minimum period of 6 months and upon drawdown of such, Exceed waives all and any right to title of such funds.
Successful Referral	A Friend introduced to Exceed by the Referrer meets the Qualifying Conditions, and which thereby makes the Referrer eligible for the Referral Bonus.

Terms and Conditions

This Promotion is open to UK residents, excluding employees of recruitment businesses/agencies. No purchase is necessary.
By taking part in this Promotion, the Referrer and the Friend will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which includes the Definitions and Qualifying Conditions listed above, in addition to Exceed’s Privacy Policy.
The Referrer confirms that they received consent to share the Friend’s details with Exceed; or the Friend confirms that they themselves shared their details with Exceed.
To be considered a Successful Referral, and for the Referrer to receive a Referral Bonus, the Friend introduced to Exceed by the Referrer must meet all the Qualifying Conditions.
By accessing the Referral Bonus, the Referrer confirms that they:
1. Are legally entitled to receive such payment(s); and
2. Are not in breach of any contractual arrangement by receiving such payment(s); and
3. Take full responsibility for declaring receipt of the payment to any relevant tax authority; and
4. Hold Exceed harmless for any liability as a breach of this clause howsoever arising.
Exceed reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
No liability can be accepted for lost, delayed or damaged documentation.
No correspondence will be entered into with regards to this Promotion.
This Promotion cannot be combined with any other available offer.
